PAYMENT AND SHIPPING POLICY

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Fabulicious Art fulfills three different types of items: handmade items, made-to-order items, and Pre-order items. Please read below for estimated delivery times for each.

Handmade items

Most handmade items are pre-made and ready to ship. This allows orders to be fulfilled within 2-5 business days. Most of the delivery services used by USPS deliver within 2-5 business days (please read the estimated delivery times for each carrier service below in the shipping options section).

Made-to-order items

Made-to-order items, on the other hand, may take longer to fulfill. These items are made once an order is received. It takes between 2 and 7 business days to fulfill most orders. However, times may be longer depending on the product(s) and variation(s) ordered. We will notify you if the item is expected to take longer than 7 business days. Most of the delivery services used by USPS deliver within 2-5 business days (please read the estimated delivery times for each carrier service below in the shipping options section).

Pre-order items

Pre-ordered items will specify in the description when they are expected to ship. Any orders with pre-ordered items will be held until the pre-ordered item(s) are ready to ship, unless you request otherwise. 

In case of any delays with pre-ordered items, we will notify you as soon as we expect a delay. If items are expected to ship before the pre-order date, we will also contact you.

All pre-orders require upfront payment. In the case where pre-ordered items are canceled on our end, we will notify you and give you the option to either cancel the whole order or proceed without the pre-ordered item(s). 

Shipping Options

Fabulicious Art offers multiple shipping options in order to provide customers with the lowest shipping costs possible. Most of our packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), which ships to the United States of America. At the moment, we are only offering shipping to the United States of America and its territories.

Packages are shipped via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, USPS Ground Advantage, and occasionally, others.

Expected shipping times are as follows, according to USPS: "Priority Mail Express is 1–3 days (overnight in many cases), Priority Mail is 1–3 business days, and USPS Ground Advantage is 2–5 business days. First-Class Mail/Packages generally take 1–5 business days. These times are estimates and not guaranteed, except for Express".

 

Disclaimer

Shipping times will vary depending on fulfillment times and delivery delays. While an estimated time frame for orders is provided at checkout, shipping delays are subject to occur. These delays may be due to issues with customs, failed delivery attempts, weather conditions, holidays, and more. Please wait a few days after the estimated delivery time to allow your package(s) to arrive.

 

Missing Package? Frozen Tracking Number

If your order has not arrived, or the tracking for your package has not been updated for more than 5 business days, it may be possible that your package has been lost, or that the label has been damaged or gone missing. Please try contacting USPS; they may be able to locate your package or give you updates. If you still have issues with your package being delivered, please read the section on lost packages and contact orders@fabuliciousart.com.

 

Lost Packages

If more than 5 business days have gone by and your tracking number has not been updated, please contact USPS or contact us so that we may contact the carrier. It is possible that your package(s) may have been lost or are stuck in a facility. They may be able to locate your package and deliver it to your location. If the package is confirmed as lost, you may be able to get a new package sent out. If you have previously conversed with the delivery carrier, you may be required to provide proof of conversation with the third-party delivery service used before a new package is sent out. Or, if we ourselves contact the carrier and are able to confirm with the carrier the status of the package as lost, Fabulicious Art may provide one of the following solutions: a full refund or a replacement.

 

Possible Shipping Refunds

Shipping calculations are based on the total weight of the product plus the packaging. In the case of smaller items that may be lighter than the packaging, if multiple items are ordered and/or the shipping cost is automatically overestimated, you may receive a partial refund on your order. You will receive an email explaining this if it does happen.

 

Payment Options

Fabulicious Art accepts most major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and Discover, through Shopify payments. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

For custom orders, PayPal payment via email may be required if the transaction cannot be completed on the Fabuliciousart.com website. This is the most secure way to perform a transaction outside of the secure website.

 

Customizable and Wholesale Order Payments

For large orders or orders with heavily customized products, a 50% deposit may be required before the order is complete. This is done to ensure that the order is not canceled before it is shipped. If one wishes to cancel an order, it must be done before the order production confirmation email is sent out. Once it is sent out and the customer confirms the order, it cannot be canceled, and the rest of the payment will be accepted before the order is shipped out. Once the order is shipped out, you will receive your tracking number.

 

Payment Via Email - PayPal

For custom orders or special wholesale orders, payment via email using PayPal may be necessary if a separate listing cannot be created for such special orders. In this case, please follow the instructions to make secure payments via PayPal.

To send payment:

  1. Click send and request at the top of the page.
  2. Select Pay for goods and services.
  3. Enter the email address or mobile number to which you are sending money.
  4. Enter the amount you want to send and click Continue.
  5. Review and confirm the information on the screen and click Send Money Now.

PayPal will send Fabulicious Art an automatic email to let us know that the payment has been sent out. After we have received the email, we will confirm your order with you via email and then start working on fulfilling it. Once your order is placed, it will be shipped out. Fulfillment and delivery times will vary based on the order and quantities ordered.
