What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit card and debit card through the secure payment service, Lightspeed. We also accept payment through Paypal. Paypal themsleves offer a wide range of payment options to choose from including: credit, debit, Paypal balance, Paypal credit and more.

How do I track my order?

Once an order is shipped out you will receive a tracking number via email. This will be located in the the shipping confirmation that is sent out to the email you have provided us. If you are unable to find your tracking number, please email us and we will provide it for you.

How long will it take to get my order?

Typically we try to send out orders within 1-3 business days. Orders may take a little longer depending on the item due to the handmade nature of our products. The speed of our shipping depends on the shipping service selected, however, most orders are shipped and delivered within 3-7 business days.

How long does it take to process my order?

It typically takes us 1-3 business days to process orders. If for some reason we are unable to, we will contact you to let you know and provide an estimated processing date.

How do I modify an order?

Do you accept returns?

To inquire about a return, please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving your order. Not all orders are eligible for return. Some may be eligible for a partial or full refund. How do I cancel an order?

Please email us at orders@fabuliciousart.com to cancel your order. Note that to be able to cancel an order you must do so before we ship it out. Unfortunately it won't be possible to cancel an order after it has shipped. However, you may be able to return your order after you have received it, if it meets the requirements for return.

Can I get my order shipped out faster?

We understand that you may want an order to be shipped out faster, especially if you need it for a special occasion or gift. Please email us and we can try to get your order shipped out as fast as we can, but we can not guarantee that it will arrive in time. After we have sent out an order and have handed it over to our shipping partners it is beyond our control. We cannot refund if your order if it arrives late.

Can you package an order as a gift?

Upon request we can indeed package orders for gifts. Doing so we will remove the order receipt from being sent out. You also have the option to include a gift note free of charge.
