REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Fabulicious Art! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Timeframe for Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you have 5 calendar days after receiving your item(s) to contact us at orders@fabuliciousart.com. Depending on the issue, you may be eligible for a partial refund or a full refund with a return.

 

Full Refunds and Returns

To be eligible for a full refund, you must return your item(s) and meet the following requirements:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Your item must be in the original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (either a digital receipt sent to your email or a physical receipt included with your order)
  • The receipt must clearly state the order total, order number, and date of purchase
  • You must be willing to pay for return shipping costs

If this information cannot be accessed or validated, it may not be possible to process a refund or return. If you are unwilling to pay return shipping costs, we may not be able to complete the return transaction.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are charged by third-party delivery services such as USPS, not by Fabulicious Art. We can provide a shipping estimate and a prepaid return label that you may print and use to return your item(s).

You may be eligible for a refund if your item is defective, not working properly, or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery to discuss your options.

Damaged Orders

Any orders that have been damaged during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of when the order is marked as delivered. Please send an email to orders@fabuliciousart.com detailing the condition of your package and include photographs as proof of damage. Once the damage has been verified, a replacement package may be sent.

*Please note: Some items are not eligible for a full free replacement. Such items include, but are not limited to, made-to-order items, customized items, pre-order items, and large wholesale orders. You may instead receive a refund in the case that we are unable to send out a replacement.

Eligibility varies on an order-by-order basis. Please contact customer service to inquire about your specific order.

Pre-order Items

Pre-ordered items can not be returned after the order is fulfilled. Damaged items may not be able to be replaced due to limited quantities. If we are able to validate damage via photos, we may be able to offer a refund for items we cannot replace.

In the case where pre-ordered items are canceled on our end, we will notify you and give you the option to either cancel the whole order or proceed without the pre-ordered item(s). 

Return Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies or the third-party payment service used.

Missing Orders

If your order goes missing during shipment and the tracking information shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact us at orders@fabuliciousart.com or contact USPS directly. Your package may be lost or stuck at a facility. The carrier may be able to locate your package and deliver it to you. If the package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, you may be eligible for a replacement package or a full refund.
